1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Linxli ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please do not use the Service.
Linxli is operated by Linxli ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services.
2. Service Description
Linxli provides a digital business card and profile management platform that allows users to:
- Create and customize digital business cards
- Share contact information and social links via a single URL
- Track profile analytics and engagement
- Manage and update profile information in real-time
3. User Accounts
3.1 Account Registration
To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
3.2 Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms and Conditions or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities.
4. Subscription Plans and Payments
4.1 Free and Paid Plans
Linxli offers both free and paid subscription plans. Features and limitations vary by plan type.
4.2 Billing
- Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
- All fees are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated
- Payment is processed through secure third-party payment gateways
- Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice
4.3 Auto-Renewal
Paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can manage your subscription settings in your account dashboard.
5. Advertising in Free Plan
To keep Linxli sustainable, the free version of the Service may include advertisements in the future. We will aim to keep ads unobtrusive and relevant. If the platform remains financially sustainable without ads, we will keep the experience ad‑free. Where ads or sponsored links are shown, we will disclose them clearly.
Ads, if any, will not grant advertisers access to your private account data. We will not sell your personal information. Any data used for ad delivery or measurement will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
6. User Content and Conduct
5.1 Your Content
You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant us a license to store, process, and display that content as necessary to provide the Service.
5.2 Prohibited Content
You agree not to upload or share content that:
- Violates any laws or regulations
- Infringes intellectual property rights
- Contains malware, viruses, or harmful code
- Is defamatory, obscene, or offensive
- Promotes illegal activities

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may:

- Perform scheduled maintenance with or without notice
- Update features and functionality
- Change pricing with advance notice
9. Privacy and Data Protection

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Linxli shall not be liable for:

The Service may integrate with or contain links to third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of third-party services. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.
13. Dispute Resolution
12.1 Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
12.2 Jurisdiction
Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Gujarat, India.
14. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
16. Platform Shutdown and Refunds
In the unlikely event that we shut down the platform, we will refund paid users for the current billing period for which payment has been received, excluding any non‑refundable payment gateway transaction fees. We will not keep your money if we shut down the platform.
- Refunds will cover the unused portion of your current billing cycle (monthly or annual), calculated from the shutdown date
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method where possible
- Please allow 7–14 business days for refund processing
- Transaction fees charged by payment providers may be excluded where they are non‑refundable
