1.1 How to Cancel
You can cancel your Linxli subscription at any time through your account dashboard:
- Log in to your Linxli account
- Navigate to Account Settings
- Select "Subscription" or "Billing"
- Click "Cancel Subscription"
- Follow the confirmation steps

1.2 Cancellation Timeline
- Free Accounts: Can be closed immediately at any time
- Paid Monthly Subscriptions: Cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the current billing period
- Paid Annual Subscriptions: Cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the annual term
- Auto-Renewal: Canceling stops future charges but does not refund the current period
2. Refund Policy
2.1 Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds under the following conditions:
✓ 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
For new paid subscriptions (monthly or annual), you can request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase if you're not satisfied with the service.
✓ Technical Issues
If you experience significant technical issues that prevent you from using the service and we are unable to resolve them within a reasonable timeframe, you may be eligible for a prorated refund.
✓ Billing Errors
If you were charged incorrectly or experienced duplicate charges, we will refund the incorrect amount immediately upon verification.
2.2 Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are generally not provided in the following cases:
- Requests made after the 7-day money-back guarantee period
- Partial refunds for unused time in a billing period
- Subscription renewals (you must cancel before the renewal date)
- Account termination due to Terms of Service violations
- Change of mind after the guarantee period
- Lack of usage or engagement with the service
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:

- Provide a brief explanation for your refund request
- Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days
- If approved, refunds are processed within 5-10 business days
Note: Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
4. Subscription Downgrades
Instead of canceling, you may choose to downgrade to a lower-tier plan:
- Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period
- No prorated refunds are provided for downgrades
- Features will be adjusted according to the new plan
- Your data and profile remain intact
5. Account Reactivation
If you cancel your subscription:
- Your account data is retained for 30 days after cancellation
- You can reactivate your account within this period without data loss
- After 30 days, your data may be permanently deleted
- Reactivation requires a new subscription payment
6. Free Trial Cancellations
If we offer a free trial period:
- Cancel anytime during the trial to avoid charges
- If you don't cancel, you'll be automatically charged at the end of the trial
- Cancellations during the trial period are immediate
- No refunds are applicable for free trials as no payment was made
7. Promotional Discounts and Offers
Special considerations for promotional pricing:
- Refunds for promotional subscriptions follow the same 7-day guarantee
- Promotional rates are locked in for the subscription period
- Upon renewal, regular pricing applies unless a new promotion is active
- Promotional discounts cannot be combined with refund requests after the guarantee period
8. Payment Gateway Fees
Please note that payment processing fees charged by payment gateways (such as Razorpay) are non-refundable. In case of a refund, the amount credited will be the subscription amount minus any gateway fees that have already been processed.
9. Disputes and Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback:
- Chargebacks may result in immediate account suspension
- We will provide transaction documentation to your bank if requested
- Disputed charges are investigated and resolved within 15 business days
- Contact our support team first to resolve billing concerns
10. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Cancellation and Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
